Classes

Weekly Classes: Autumn Term 2018 begins Thursday 20th September 2018.

Courses run during term time and are 10 weeks long, with a break for half term.

Elizabeth’s lessons are structured to enable students to get to grips with the foundations before building on them. Students will work at their own pace and fitness level, receiving individual attention to help them develop. All classes consist of a tutor-led warm-up, technique, choreography/improvisation/group work and a cool-down. Students will work as a class, in small groups/pairs and individually.
